Communications

With over 40 years of experience in the Customer Service industry, from mom-and-pop businesses to the Corporate World, I have seen the art of effective conversations getting lost with the evolution of technology, social media and email. I have seen where picking up the phone, face to face conversations or knowing what to say and when, is not as important as it used to be, and I felt the need to do what I can to help bring it back.

We focus on where communication has come from and the differences between the years where we had no technology to now where we mainly depend on technology. The differences between the two and where the changes might be hurting business and relationships instead of improving them. We also focus on how going back to conversations could benefit everyone’s situation whether it be business or personal situations. As in every course we do we tailor these sessions to your situation for the most part.

Soft Skills for Better Communication

There are several characteristics that can make communication successful or not. In this course we focus on reminding clients of those attributes and the importance of keeping them in mind when having a conversation. In today’s society we are busy and sometimes don’t think about these when dealing with others. For most people this is a reminder but always a good one when wanting to have a successful conversation with anyone in any situation. As in every course we do we tailor these sessions to your situation for the most part.

Tactical Do’s and Don’ts of Customer Communication

In this course we focus on the Do’s and Don’t of conversations.  We are busy and sometimes we speak before we think and once spoken it can either turn a conversation or ruin a relationship and trust within. We provide that extra reminder on what to do and what not to do to help you keep relationships, whether business, personal or other types, intact. This is key to keeping what you have worked hard to develop in one piece or building new relationships. As in every course we do we tailor these sessions to your situation for the most part.

Communication Techniques

There are 3 main factors you must remember when using any communication technique. One or all of them are often forgotten and they are key to having a successful and productive relationship, again whether it be business or personal. We focus on these in your situation and help provide reminders to help you do your best in making every situation a positive one. Knowing Your Audience to Improve Communication

In a Multi-Cultural society like the one we have these days, it is important to know who we are talking to, and how to talk to each person/group with respect. We provide you with the tips and tools to get this done and in a positive manner. We are all individuals and should be talked to and treated as such. This doesn’t always happen due past history, our views or word of mouth, but we will help you bring everything back to talking to someone as who they are and what they are representing.
