Since my first job in Aquatics at the age of 17, coaching athletes, I have loved talking to people. Whether it is over the phone or in person, I have learned having a conversation is still the most efficient and effective way to build rapport and trust. Those two things are the keystone to any positive relationship, whether in your business or personal life. With all the technology, text, email and social media, conversations have become a Lost Art.
